Upgrade without losing what you already paid
When you upgrade from an individual plan to a Family plan, you do not need to pay for a full new year. We convert the remaining days of your current plan into an equivalent number of Family plan days and add them to your new expiry date.
For example, if you bought an individual yearly plan at NT$999, used it for 3 months and have 9 months left, the remaining value is about NT$749. That is converted into about 137 days of Family plan and added to your new expiry date.
If you downgrade (Family to individual), the change takes effect automatically at the end of your current billing period without interruption.
- Subscribed on the website: the remaining value is converted into extra days.
- Subscribed via the App Store: handled by Apple; the unused portion of your original plan is refunded automatically.
- Subscribed via Google Play: handled by Google; the remaining time is carried forward into the new plan.
